What To Expect
J&R Waste Removal is designed to make your clearance as smooth as possible.
Before collection - We will confirm with you exactly what it is you need removing and advise on any items that might need separating or cannot be taken.
On the day - Our team will arrive at the agreed time, we will load your waste safely and efficiently onto our fully insured vans and the the agreed area tidy and free of waste.
Finishing the job - Once our vans have been loaded, we will then transport your waste to licensed waste transfer station where our vans will be unloaded and sorted into the relevant waste categories.
Proof of disposal will be provided to every customer.
House Clearance & Furniture removal
Our house clearance & Furniture removal service is designed to make the process simple and stress free whether its residential or end of tenancy clearances.
Before the job - Our team will confirm exactly which rooms, items and areas need clearing, we will discuss with our customer what items are to be retained. Our team will also coordinate access, parking and collection times in advance to avoid any unwanted delays
On the day - Our team will arrive at the agreed time to remove all agreed items safely and efficiently, handling all lifting and loading and sorting materials for recycling or responsible disposal where possible.
At the end of the job - Once all waste has been loaded onto the van our team will ensure there is no debris left over within the agreed removal area and complete a walk around with the customer making sure all agreed items have been removed.
A waste transfer documentation will be provided to all customers upon completion of removal to ensure the customer knows the waste has been disposed of at a licensed waste transfer station.
Garage Clearance
Our garage clearance service is designed to make clearing out unwanted items quick and hassle-free.
Before the job - We confirm with our customers what needs removing, identify any items the customer wants to keep. We will advise on access requirements and any restricted items before arrival.
On the day - Our team handles all lifting, loading, and removal efficiently, whilst sorting materials for recycling where possible.
At the end of the job - Our teams will ensure the customers garage is left swept and tidy upon the removal of unwanted items and waste. We will then take our van to a licensed waste transfer station to dispose of your waste in a safe and efficient manner.
A waste transfer documentation will be issued to customers upon completion of job as proof of disposal at a licensed facility.
